When Does Mold Threaten Human Health?

 

 

Excess moisture in homes is an emergency. To protect human health the source of moisture should be eliminated rapidly.  To prevent fungal growth, the building should be dried within 24 hours from incident.  If fungal (mold) growth becomes evident, all affected building materials should be carefully evaluated and removed..
